This PHS documented, 1-owner, numbers matching GTO was the recipient of a frame-on restoration in 2007. Painted in its correct Signet Gold with black vinyl top, this GTO is powered by a 400cid V8 with a 4bbl Rochester Quadrajet carburetor through a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission. Engine upgrades include electronic ignition, Comp Cams 260 H-10 cam, Jet Hot Coated HO exhaust manifolds, dual Flowmaster Delta 50 mufflers with 2 ½” exhaust and crossover, HO style airfilter, a taller radiator core support, aluminum radiator, electric fan, and a shift kit. Power is put to the ground via a 3:55 posi rear.

The black vinyl interior with front bucket seats features a “his and hers” console, Rally Gauges which were rebuilt in '08 along with the quartz movement converted analog clock. An OEM AM radio sits in the dashboard along with a VDO gauge cluster that includes water temperature, oil pressure and voltmeter.

The suspension on this GTO has been upgraded with Global West tubular upper and lower arms and springs that lower the ride height by an inch. The rear upper arms are adjustable while 1 1/8” front and 7/8” rear Global West sway bars take care of excessive body roll. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood disc brakes on each corner with 12” front and 11” rear vented rotors with parking brake along with a Wilwood master cylinder with an adjustable proportioning valve. Finishing off the aggressive “Resto-Mod” stance of this GTO are 16x8 American Racing Torq Thrust II Classic wheels shod with 225/50-16 Bridgestone Potenza tires.
